Recently, Arnould took over this organic and biodynamic vineyard, he will share with you his passion for Chablis where biodiversity rhymes with respect for fauna and flora.
Isabelle will make you discover her creations of tableware, fire art, textiles, decoration ...
For breakfast, only fresh products: the property's honey, jams made with orchard fruits, eggs from their hens and Louis' organic bread will be served.

"Superbe adresse"
On a passé un court séjours merveilleux au château de Vivier. L'emplacement est superbe, la maison est très belle et authentique, et a été très bien restaurée. Les prestations sont luxueuse, le petit déjeuner parfait. Surtout, les hôtes sont extrêmement sympathique et aidant. On a eu la chance de pouvoir faire une dégustation des productions du domene, après une discussion historique et technique détaillée. L'approche vinicole bio de M Lefebure est passionnée, originale, et communicative. Ses vins lui ressemble, c'est un bonheur.
