After booking confirmation, an online check‑in form will be sent via link and must be completed to access your apartment. Check‑in details will be provided 2 days before arrival. A damage pre‑authorization of 200 (local currency) will be taken during online check‑in and released within 7 business days after check‑out, subject to unit inspection. We manage multiple units at this location, and the layout of your assigned apartment may vary from the photos shown. If bringing a pet, please be aware that each unit allows only one pet (weighing under 20 kg, at least 1 year old, and house‑trained). £300 pet cleaning fee will be collected by the property.

Update: Nine Elms Estate Works Roadworks will now continue for 18 months, expected to finish by January 2027. The Energi Centre works will last around 7 more weeks, ending by mid-September 2025. Disruptions may include noise and traffic, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Thank you for your patience during these essential improvements.

Urban Rest Battersea is located within the Bloom Nine Elms apartment complex. All keys are to be collected from the concierge at the East building, located at 55 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 7DS. On arrival at Bloom East, press the call button on the access panel to the right of the entrance door, then enter and go to the reception desk on your left. Inform the team that you are an Urban Rest guest checking in. You will be given your apartment number and a key fob, which provides access to the building, your apartment, and shared areas. Kindly note that Urban Rest has units in both the East and West buildings, which are adjacent to one another. To call the lift: hold your fob against the black reader panel beneath the 'up' button. When you hear a continuous beep and see a green light, you can call the lift by pressing the 'up' button. Upon entering the lift, press your floor number. Once at your apartment, hold the fob against the reader on your door to unlock it.
