Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

There is no hotel service in this building. this is a self-catering apartment.

Late departure penalty:
the accomodation must be released at 10 am maximum. late departuure fee is 30€ per hour.

Please note that if you plan on arriving after 20:00 a surcharge of EUR 50 will be charged. Check-in is not possible after 23:00.
