This will be emailed on the day of booking for Prepaid reservations and within 3 days of arrival for flexible rates. Failure to make payment could result in cancellation of your reservation Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, and will be a nonrefundable deposit. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
