Reception opening hours during winter period:
- Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
- Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
Reception opening hours in July and August:
Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 22:00
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
A damage deposit of between EUR 200 and EUR 500 is required upon arrival and will be returned subject to a damage inspection.
Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except city tax and application fee).
Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost.
The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and not supervised. It is open from April to October.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at an extra charge (subject to availability and prior reservation). The kit includes: cot without a mattress, high chair, pushchair, changing mat.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
