Our office opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 16:00.
Duty Manager on call 24 hours.
For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made.
Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking.
Please note: if you wish to stay in an apartment with a balcony or river views, there will be a supplement of GBP 10 per night.
