Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque. This amount will be released on your account after check-out or the cheque will be returned by post within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.
Optional services to be paid on site:
- bed linen rental: EUR 15 per person per week
- towels rental: EUR 9 per person per week
- beds made upon arrival: EUR 55 to EUR 65, depending on the accommodation type.
- end-of-stay cleaning: EUR 130 to 140, depending on the accommodation type.
- baby bed: EUR 30 per week
- baby high chair: EUR 25 per week
- baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 50 per week
A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability.
The pool is open from 13 May to 30 September 2017.
