At any time of the day the show is total. Peacefully the bay of Morlaix is metamorphosing, the waves dock on the beaches and soon retreat, the shadow of the clouds plays on the islets, furtive waves sometimes stripe the sky, very small, far below, the boats oscillate... without the plates and fine wines at your table having stopped succeeding each other... At night, or when the weather is sad, comfortably installed near the fireplace in the large felted room, the journey then becomes softer and more interior. Solar and radiant, deep and warm, Nicolas Carro's cuisine reflects these infinite and changing horizons.
