При регистрации заезда необходимо предъявить удостоверение личности с фотографией и кредитную карту, которая использовалась для бронирования. Если по прибытии гости не смогут предоставить кредитную карту, во время регистрации заезда потребуется внести залог на случай незапланированных издержек. За посещение фитнес-центра с плавательным бассейном, общественной купальней и сауной взимается дополнительная плата.

Обратите внимание, что в третий вторник каждого месяца фитнес-центр закрывается на техническое обслуживание.
Бесплатный трансфер осуществляется с 08:00 до 21:00 от/до выхода Сакурабасигути (Sakurabashiguchi Gate) железнодорожного вокзала Осаки, каждые 15 минут по будням и каждые 10 минут в выходные дни и в дни государственных праздников.

При регистрации заезда необходимо предъявить удостоверение личности с фотографией и кредитную карту, которая использовалась для бронирования. Если по прибытии гости не смогут предоставить кредитную карту, во время регистрации заезда потребуется внести залог на случай незапланированных издержек. Залог возвращается в полном объеме при регистрации отъезда после проверки состояния имущества.
За посещение фитнес-центра с плавательным бассейном, общественной купальней и сауной взимается дополнительная плата.
Фитнес-центр могут посещать только гости в возрасте от 20 лет.
Обратите внимание, что в третий вторник каждого месяца фитнес-центр закрывается на техническое обслуживание.
Бесплатный трансфер осуществляется с 08:00 до 21:00 от/до выхода Сакурабасигути (Sakurabashiguchi Gate) железнодорожного вокзала Осаки, каждые 15 минут по будням и каждые 10 минут в выходные дни и в дни государственных праздников.
Главный вход на 1 этаже закрыт с 00:00 до 07:00. В это время гости могут пользоваться входом на 3 этаже.
Дети в возрасте до 3 лет завтракают бесплатно, а детям в возрасте 4–12 лет завтрак подают за дополнительную плату.
Гостям, путешествующим с детьми, необходимо при бронировании указать в поле для особых пожеланий их количество и возраст.
