Хостел Porto Lounge расположился в отреставрированном здании 18-го века в историческом центре города. Гости могут пользоваться бесплатным Wi-Fi на всей территории хостела и компьютерами с доступом в Интернет. Большинство из современных общих и отдельных номеров хостела располагают балконом. Из светлых кондиционированных общих номеров открывается вид на сад. В каждом номере есть лампы для чтения, отдельные запирающиеся шкафчики и электрические розетки. Гости двухместных номеров пользуются ванной комнатой совместно с гостями 1 другого номера, а трехместные номера оснащены собственной ванной комнатой. Ежедневно подается континентальный завтрак. Гости могут пользоваться полностью оборудованной кухней и обеденной зоной. Кроме того, для гостей хостела организуются ежедневные экскурсии по городу и пабам. В 5 минутах ходьбы расположено множество ресторанов и баров. Сотрудники круглосуточной стойки регистрации говорят на нескольких языках. Они могут организовать туры по окрестным винным погребам и круизы по реке Дуэро. Торговые улицы Руа-Санта-Катарина и Руа-Седофейта находятся в 15 минутах ходьбы. Станция метро Aliados расположена в 3 минутах ходьбы от хостела и гостевого дома Porto Lounge.
