From Lille and Paris : A22 motorway (E17), Lille-Gand, follow direction to Tourcoing-Roubaix, then take N227 Roubaix-Villeneuve d'Ascq (not the E42). You will then take the A22 (E17) again to Gand as far as exit N°18 ZI NEUVILLE EN FERRAIN (last exit before the border),then turn left in the direction to «Le Dronckaert» (400 m further on). When at roundabout, take on your left handside then on your right (900 m further on).
