The Hotel Restaurant de la Poste is a family establishment in Urmatt, in the heart of the Bruche Valley. Halfway between the Alsace-Moselle Memorial and Fort de Mutzig, the hotel is also an ideal starting point to visit typical Alsatian villages such as Molsheim 15 min away and Obernai (25 min), as well as Struthof and Mont Saint Odile (25 min), the Bugatti Foundation (15 min) for car lovers, and of course Strasbourg (30 min, or 35 min by train). As for sports enthusiasts, the hotel, just a 10-minute walk from Urmatt station, means hikers can reach the GR5 hiking trail without a car. The Bruche Valley, with its hilly landscape and forests, also offers 450km of trails marked by the Club Vosgien. Cyclists can get to Strasbourg, the Col du Donon or simply ride along the canal using the cycle path.
