Hotel Japan Shiga is located just steps away from a bus stop bound for Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park. It is a 35-minute drive or bus ride from Yudanaka Train Station, which is a 45-minute train ride from JR Nagano Station. There is a direct bus available from Nagano Station to the Shiga Kogen area. There are a convenience store and restaurants in the surrounding area, open during the winter seasons.
