The residence is classified 4 * tourism.

Entirely on one level, each house opens widely onto a terrace and the privacy of a private enclosed garden.
Located about ten minutes from Porto-Vecchio, the residence has a very privileged, calm environment.
An 8-minute walk away, the famous beach of Cala-Rossa, a long cove of fine sand, has all the necessary infrastructure to take full advantage of water sports and the pleasures of the table, with your feet in the water. And for the evening, you will find many restaurants nearby.
The Grand Hotel de Cala Rossa is only 900 m away, it offers massage services, spa, sauna and has a gourmet restaurant.
Each villa is perfectly maintained, functional, it consists of:
· a large living room with bay windows, wooden shutters with 2 3-seater leather sofas, coffee table, television, overlooking a dining room
· Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, 4 gas burners, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine
Very complete equipment in crockery, glassware, cookware, cutlery and accessories
· 3 bedrooms with headboards, bedside tables, 160x200 bedding for the main bedroom and 2 80x200 beds in the other 2, cupboards

"vacances parfaites"
excellent séjour passé fin juin , maison dans résidence sécurisée très calme, avec accès à la piscine au bout du jardin privé et sans vis à vis, la maison est magnifique, tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour, grâce aussi aux deux blocs chambres ,salle de bain , parfait pour deux familles. la mer est a 5mns à pied , très belle plage de Cala Rossa. Et n oublions pas Manon , notre hôtesse de la location qui nous a réservé un accueil exemplaire, qui nous a préparé un packaging avec l essentiel pour notre petit déjeuner du lendemain selon nos gouts, Très gentil de sa part et de très bons conseils pour passer de bonnes vacances, je conseillerai sans hésitation cette belle résidence.

"Très agréable séjour"
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa, 2 couples d'amis avec 3 enfants en bas âge de 2 mois, 2 ans et 3 ans.
La villa est très agréable et très bien équipée. L'accès sécurisé à la piscine est en vrai plus avec des enfants. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les accès proches de la plage de Cala Rossa et à la ville de Porto Vecchio.
L'accueil de Manon a été parfait, ainsi que sa disponibilité pendant notre séjour.
Nous recommandons sans hésitations un séjour dans cet établissement si vous recherchez un lieu calme.

"AU TOP"
Villa tres bien entretenue et equipée et dune propreté irreprochable , bien concue , belle plancha beau jardin belle piscine lieu tres calme sans vis a vis proche de la plage a pied , et de petit commerces. Merci a Marie pour son acceuil sa gentilesse son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hesitation. MERCI ENCORER MARIE

"Excellente location"
Nous avons une semaine début septembre dans cette jolie villa en Corse du Sud et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. La villa est très bien équipée et spacieuse, la piscine est un vrai plus, la plage est accessible à pied à moins de 10 min et le logement est au calme. L'accueil a été top grâce à Marie et à ses conseils. Nous recommandons chaudement.
