Located on the hillside, on the heights of Saint-Zacharie, "La Lumineuse" is a contemporary architect's house of 200 m² facing south, open to nature with a panoramic view of Sainte-Baume.
It is integrated into an area of 17,000 m², consisting of a field of olive trees, a natural water source and numerous terraces and gardens offering abundant vegetation in a relaxing setting.
The villa is positive energy and meets environmental requirements through its design, its exterior insulation, its photovoltaic panels, its Provençal well and its refreshing natural ventilation.
It offers a parental suite, 3 large bedrooms with terrace and a mezzanine bedroom.
On the outside, a shaded summer lounge, a 14 x 4.5 m infinity pool with solar shower and a large bowling alley will enhance your stay.

La Lumineuse benefits from an advantageous geographical location, in the middle of nature between the sea and the mountains, while being close to urban centres.
Located 20 minutes from the sea and the creeks of Cassis and La Ciotat, the villa is at the foot of the hiking sites of Sainte-Baume, Étoile and Garlaban, offering hikers recognized natural and magical spaces.
Saint-Zacharie, a Provençal village with 16 fountains, is 3 minutes from the villa
Marseille and Aix-en-Provence 30 minutes away
Toulon 45 minutes away

LAYOUT AND FACILITIES
La Lumineuse offers good indoor living comfort, given its particular design open to nature with large bay windows, a cathedral living room, communicating and open-plan half-level spaces, exterior insulation, strong thermal inertia characteristic of Mas Traditional Provençals, and natural ventilation coupled with a Provençal well.

The living room and dining room open onto large south-facing terraces overlooking the infinity pool. Sunscreens, a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable blades, and a shaded summer lounge provide protection from the summer heat. The double-height living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, a UHD television connected to a multimedia box, a home cinema Hi-Fi system, a library and a fireplace.
The dining room can accommodate 10 guests inside and outside under the pergola. It includes a bar separating the kitchen.
The kitchen, adjoining the dining room and the cellar, is open to the West on the garden integrating the barbecue and the summer lounge. It is equipped with three traditional/steam/microwave ovens, an induction hob, a dishwasher and all the necessary equipment. The cellar contains washing machine, dryer and freezer.
The night spaces are organized in half-levels. La Lumineuse offers 3 bedrooms with a terrace and a bathroom/WC on the ground floor, a suite/walk-in shower/WC upstairs on a panoramic terrace and a bedroom on the mezzanine, equipped with an office area and television for 2 of them.

Many terraces and gardens facing east, south and west of the house, offer you relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs and parasols. Nothing better than reading, meditating or having an aperitif in the middle of nature and Mediterranean cicadas.
The infinity pool with integrated beach, offers refreshing swims facing the panoramic view to the South. A large natural stone basin, below, is fed by a source of water coming from the surrounding hills.
Boules games are provided if you wish to indulge in the local leisure.
For sports enthusiasts, you can jog on the surrounding mountain paths, starting directly from the house.
A large car park at the bottom of the land can accommodate ten cars.

In terms of equipment, La Lumineuse provides you with:
