Villa of 100 m² with garage, built in 2019 on an enclosed plot of 800 m² with swimming pool 6.50 x 3.50 m secured by a fence to AFNOR standards (NF-P 90-306).
The interior of the accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to a large living room - dining room.
A corridor leads to a first bathroom with double basin - shower cubicle, a laundry area, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, wc. Each bedroom is furnished with sliding closets.
The garage is attached to the house and will allow you to secure bicycles, motorcycles...
Outside the accommodation, you will enjoy the garden with a view of the swimming pool by sitting on the south-facing terrace, equipped with a pergola. Your children will enjoy the garden in complete safety.
The inground swimming pool is completely secure and lit at nightfall, you will be surprised by the color of the emerald green water.

"Ein wunderschönes Haus!"
Wir haben 3 Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war ein Traum. Es passte einfach alles. Tolle Lage, ruhig und doch zentral, eine aussergewöhnliche, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und super sauber. Das war bisher das beste Haus, das wir in Frankreich hatten. Sogar die Bettwäsche passte zu den Tapeten, Lampen sind auf die Einrichtung abgestimmt und die Küchenutensilien waren vom Feinsten. Kein altes, zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, sondern alles neu und ansprechend. Eine lautlose Klimaanlage und ein toller Pool, den wir auch genutzt haben, da es sehr heiß war. Man hat von dort aus viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Fahrradtouren in der herrlichen Landschaft, Wandern, Besichtigungen und vieles mehr. Jerome, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Jerome und seiner Familie!

"Maison au TOP"
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison idéalement située pour visiter les Gorges de l’Ardèche , la vallée du Gers ,les villes, villages et châteaux de la Drôme et du Vaucluse. Nous avons apprécié cette maison aussi pour son confort, sa propreté impeccable, sa cuisine entièrement équipée et sa piscine chauffée, un petit bonheur après une journée de découverte de la région. Tout cela a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

"Séjour parfait!"
Une semaine de repos, très bien reçu, déco de Noel rien que pour nous, villa agréable à vivre, cuisine complète, literie impeccable, bien placée géographiquement, merci à Jerome et Claudine.
