Our gîte is a barn adjoining a 19th century property. Its renovation has just been completed.

On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, refrigerator... a cozy lounge area around a wood stove.

The atmosphere is bright thanks to a skylight.

On the first floor, there is a good-sized bedroom with a 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Three south-facing Velux windows provide great light.

You will have your own garden to rest and have your meals.

You can enter your car in a shared and secure courtyard (knowing that the 19th century gate is very narrow).

The cottage is located in the center of a very lively village with its Tuesday morning market. All shopping is done on foot, we will give you addresses of various producers.

You will be 20 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, 10 minutes from Dinan, the medieval town. And above all you can go on foot (15 min) to the small port of Pleudihen called Mordreuc, sunbathe on the beach and swim in the Rance.

Coming from Rennes, take the exit towards Miniac Morvan / Pleudihen sur Rance. At the level of Miniac turn left towards Pleudihen. In the village center turn left towards rue du Val Hervelin, then right in the rue des Frères Lamennais. It is the first house on your right in that street.
