Hiking trails Bike path FishingOur holiday home "Quai 22" is located on the Quai du Tréport and offers a breathtaking view of the entrance to the port, its fishing boats and the cliffs of Mers les Bains.
Ideally located near the shops, restaurants and the beach.
This is a recently renovated old fisherman's house (88 m²) classified 3 stars which includes 3 levels and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Wifi is available.
Ground floor :
The living room includes a lounge area with flat screen TV and a stereo.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, an induction hob, an oven, a hood, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a micro oven -waves, refrigerator, Nespresso machine and coffee maker. Pots, pans, casserole, glasses and cutlery are also at your disposal.
The kitchen also serves as a dining room with table, 4 chairs and storage units.
Giving into the kitchen an airlock allows access to a bathroom and an outdoor courtyard. The bathroom has a shower (120 x 80 cm), a sink, a heated towel rail, a toilet and a washing machine.
The courtyard can be used to store bicycles and gives access to a closed lean-to equipped with a tumble dryer.
1st floor :
The landing includes a cupboard. It gives access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace.
The bedroom has a bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a TV.
The bathroom has a shower (90 x 90 cm), sink, heated towel rail, WC.
The south-facing terrace (18 m²) allows sunbathing out of sight. It is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.
2nd Floor :
This is a bedroom with 1 bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, a flat TV and a closed toilet with sink.

"Superbe séjour"
A deux pas du marché , le long du quai avec les rires des mouettes et des goelans , ce gite très bien equipé et propre , décoré avec gout nous a conquis. Mais le plus c'est l'accueil et le service de notre hote toujours disponible. Encore merci pour le stationnement. Nous avons hate d'y revenir...

"Beau et confortable gîte au Tréport."
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce gîte.
Propre, fonctionnel et idéal pour deux couples avec deux belles et confortables chambres et deux salles de bains.
Proche du centre, ce gîte a tout pour satisfaire les voyageurs les plus exigeants !

"Hébergement de grande qualité"
Un très bel hébergement dans lequel rien ne manque. J'ai séjourné là avec mes beaux parents et ce logement est parfait car il est situé sur deux niveaux avec chambre et salle de bain à chaque niveau donc chacun son intimité. Une petite terrasse à l'étage complète ce logement. Rien à redire.

"De la grande qualité !"
Une habitation rénovée il y a 2 ans avec énormément de goût. Totalement fonctionnelle et entièrement équipée. Située idéalement et à proximité de nombreux commerces (boulangerie à moins de 150m).
Propriétaire d’une extrême gentillesse.
La propreté était exemplaire.
Les ustensiles mis à disposition sont innombrables et , fait peut-être anecdotique mais y avoir pensé témoigne de la volonté du propriétaire d’accueillir au mieux ses locataires : mise à disposition de serviettes périodiques pour les dames (un accident, imprévu ou oubli très gentiment résolu).
Nous étions accompagnés de mon fils de 22 ans qui est personne à mobilité réduite. La présence d’une chambre au RDC avec grande douche a constitué un critère indéniable dans notre réservation.
Attention ! Il y a une petite marche d’une quinzaine de cm, il faut donc que le PMR puisse assurer quelques pas.
Le Wifi (gratuit) ne porte efficacement que dans le séjour, mais ce n’est pas grave en soi.
Si le propriétaire souhaitait améliorer encore un peu l’habitat, il pourrait installer une toile au-dessus de la table de terrasse afin de protéger celle-ci des accidents aériens des goélands ;-) ceux-ci sont présents en nombre près de la toiture adjacente.
Mais c’est vraiment si j’étais obligé d’écrire un point à améliorer.
Bref ! Un excellent séjour, une très belle découverte et une adresse à recommander absolument !
