This independent house of 70 m² with its garden is close to the sand of the small beach of MORDREUC on the Rance estuary. Nearby, you can stroll on the many hiking trails. The village has all amenities 1 km away.
For your getaways and strolls: ST MALO (corsair city), DINAN, Mont Saint Michel (medieval cities) and the Emerald Coast are there, all within your reach.
Beautiful, bright, pleasant living rooms with EQUIPPED KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM with sofa. A toilet. 1 BEDROOM with a 140X200 bed and a 70X140 baby bed (sheets and towels are not provided). A BATHROOM with large walk-in shower. WC. Finally there is a garden and a TERRACE with garden furniture.
Other information :
- Bus line near the house connecting Dinan and Saint-Malo. SNCF station 400 meters away on the Dinan - Dol de Bretagne line.
