This independent house, approximately 65 m², semi-detached, offers you:
• on the ground floor: a warm corner room with open kitchen, living-dining room opening onto the terrace and the garden, 1 separate toilet
• upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, WC and office space
La Ville Marqué is located on an old farm, in Côtes-d'Armor, at the end of a small road with no other service, 5 km from the coast.
The hamlet is made up of 5 gîtes, a country bistro and our house.
Each cottage has its private garden and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and plancha.
A common play area is available to children as well as outdoor games for young and old (petanque, Breton puck, bowling, scooters, etc.)
A parking space is located at the entrance to the site, lit and under video surveillance (except disabled parking space adjacent to the gîte).
Baby equipment
Household products, tea towels, hand towels and shower mats provided.
Beds made on arrival
Breakfasts and end-of-stay cleaning on request.
Personalized welcome on site.
WiFi via fiber.
For the peace of mind of our 4-legged friends, only service animals are allowed on the site.
We welcome you for your stays from 2 nights, excluding high summer season from Saturday to Saturday. Discount of €50/additional rental week.
