Mini Villa 60 m², in our small quiet residence of 8 dwellings closed by electric gate, with garden in Porto-Vecchio.
You will find 200 meters from the residence the stop of the free electric shuttle which will drop you off at the Citadel or at the Port.
You are 300 meters from the shops,
Access to the unmaintained wild sea, suitable for walks and swimming, restaurant at the water's edge, open in season: 5 minutes on foot.
The house two bedrooms two bathrooms two toilets
on one level consists of:
- A bedroom with a 140 bed with its bathroom (sink, bath, toilet, washing machine)
- the kitchen overlooking the living room is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, oven, kitchen utensils, iron
- Air-conditioned living room with TV sofa (flat screen 80 cm)
- Another bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together, with its own bathroom (sink, shower, WC)
Covered terrace, barbecue, with small private garden with sunbathing area
Also a common garden with lawn, and sunbathing as well as a pool of 4 meters by 4 meters (70 cm deep) to cool off
Closed private car park with digicode gate (code provided on arrival)
Wifi free access
Sheets (one pair per bed for the stay), bath mats, are provided
Cot (umbrella) provided; baby bath & baby chair & high chair on request and subject to availability (provided free of charge)
Shared self-service washing machines
Location :
- car and scooter rental 5 to 10 minutes walk
- Old Town (Citadel) or the port, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot (or free electric shuttle 200 meters on foot which will drop you off at the port and the citadel)
- bakery, butcher, tobacco, brewery between 5 to 10 minutes on foot
- "Giant" supermarket 5 minutes on foot
- unmaintained wild sea access, suitable for walks and swimming, restaurant at the water's edge, open in season: 5 minutes on foot
