If you are looking for an apartment rental in the south of Martinique, the Papaye apartment is very well placed.
In the town of Trois-Îlets, it is located in a quiet and secure residence (Occitane).
On the 4th and last floor with ELEVATOR, RESIDENCE WITHOUT DECLIVITY, this allows you to enjoy the calm (no neighbor above) but also the view of the Caribbean Sea and excellent ventilation.
With the beach of Anse Mitan a 5-minute walk away and with no elevation, no need to take the car to enjoy a warm sea all year round, with magnificent colors and without sargassum.
You also have all the conveniences nearby with supermarket, restaurant, casino, golf, bakery, but also activities such as nautical clubs, or the pier to get to Fort-de-France.
There is outdoor parking so you can park your rental vehicle if you have one.
Layout of the Papaye apartment
The apartment benefits from a large shaded terrace of 16 m² which gives you a view of the Caribbean Sea. You will find table and chairs there so you can have an aperitif or a coffee. Le Papaye is a perfect T3 to accommodate 4 people with its 2 air-conditioned bedrooms.
A first bedroom with a large 160 cm bed equipped with a dressing room and a second bedroom also with a dressing room and a 140 cm bed. Both bedrooms are nicely decorated and have bedside tables and bedside lamps.
In the bathroom you will find:
- a shower,
- a piece of furniture with washbasin,
- a wall mirror
- a magnifying mirror
- a high storage unit
- hair dryer
The toilets are separate
In the living room, you will find a sofa with chaise longue, television, fan and coffee table.
It overlooks a beautiful lacquered red kitchen equipped with:
- an oven,
- a microwave oven,
- a refrigerator with a freezer section,
- hotplate, burner, stove,
- a filter coffee maker
- blender
- Steamed
- and everything you need to cook.
For connected travelers, know that you also have WiFi access in the apartment.

"Un appartem en Martiniqueent qui n attend que vous"
Un bel appartement bien agencé, décoré. ,calme et proche de la mer ,5 minutes à peine à pieds... Après un accueil sympathique virtuel via téléphone,mail et photos,je n ai pas été déçue. J y ai séjourné seule 10jours et je me suis sentie comme chez moi. L accueil physique agreable,efficace et tout est mis en place pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux. Les propriétaires très attentifs. Ce que j ai apprécié le plus c est le calme bien que proche d un site touristique très fréquenté et bien desservi au niveau du transport.
J y retourne dès que possible.

"Appartement magnifique"
J ai passé un super séjour chez Annie-Claude.
Le logement est très joliment décoré et très propre, bien équipé pour cuisiner.
La terrasse est top avec une belle vue sur la mer.
On peut descendre à pied à la mer.

"Très bon séjour."
Appartement confortable et bien situé. Ideal pour passer de bonnes vacances et se reposer. Accessible à la plage, aux restaurants et aux navettes pour se rendre dans la capitale.
