Bike loansIndependent house on one level, bright, spacious (65 m²) for 4 to 6 people (4 adults and two children), 2 bedrooms, living room- open kitchen, bathroom, small enclosed garden (35 m²) not overlooked .
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, flat screen TV, barbecue, electric barbecue, 2 bicycles available, fridge / freezer, baby equipment (rollaway bed, bath, booster chair).
Our accommodation is located at the Terrière 1 km from the beach and 3 km from the city center.
The Terrière is a small typical seaside village, district of the Tranche sur Mer, on the edge of the forest, large sandy beach supervised in season, water activities (surfing, sand yachting, windsurfing, kite surfing, skiing nautical wake board nearby in summer), many bike paths, large nature reserves, beautiful walks in the Marais Poitevin, etc ..., impossible to get bored!
Restaurant, bakery, bar-tabac newspapers, ATM at 300 m.
Supermarket open all year and all shops in the center of the Tranche sur Mer.
July and August, the fun bus (free shuttle) allows to go downtown and beaches, passing every 30 min.
