The port and the beaches are 10 min walk as well as the supermarket.
Weekly Monday market 5 min walk.

The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 parental suite of 16 m² with a 140 bed and its shower room WC; and 1 adjoining bedroom of 12 m² with 2 twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner.
2nd shower room WC and washing machine.
Dining room of 18 m².
Living room of 24 m² on wooden floor with television and sofa bed with mattress for sleeping 2 people.
Closed courtyard and without vis-à-vis in front of the house facing south allowing to park 1 to 2 cars (maneuvers because narrow street) or nearby car parks.
Small garden area with garden furniture.
Garage and cellar.

End of stay cleaning: €50
Animals accepted after prior agreement.
