Holiday house fully equipped, ideal place for pleasant moments with family or friends, in the heart of the Somme Bay and Coastal Picardy.

The cottage is on a surface of 102 m², 4 bedrooms, a large dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, large hallway with a dressing room in the basement, a garage that can accommoasquedate two cars.
Three bedrooms: each with a bed of 140x190cm, bedrooms with two bedside tables and a dresser and a flat screen TV.
One bedroom: equipped with two 90x190 beds and two bedside tables.
The spacious and bright dining room will allow you to share your meals on a table of 8 people: a flat screen TV last generation.

Kitchen: Quality amenities with an oven, microwave, four-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer with drawers and a matching kitchen set.
The bathroom is composed of a walk-in shower (90x130cm), a basin with a cabinet high and low and a heated towel rail.
In the basement: washing machine, clothesline, possibility of parking two cars for additional cars, free private parking at 200 meters.

The house is equipped with a gas central heating with hot water production.

Possibility to rent this house by the week or fortnight during high and low season, as well as for weekends during the low season.
