Ideal for breaking free from confinement and located in the new town of Baugé-en-Anjou (actually Le Guédeniau), 30 minutes from Angers and Saumur, this welcoming house is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
You can practice many activities in the surroundings (bicycles, horse riding, the air museum of Angers-Marcé, festivals, theater or opera, discover the castles of Baugé, Montgeoffroy, sites of Anjou, zoo of La Flèche, the Doué-la-Fontaine Bio-Park, etc.)

This farmhouse type house dating from 1782, completely renovated, includes:
• on the ground floor: a bright fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge-freezer) with dining area, living room with a fireplace with insert, and a television. Two bedrooms (140x190 bed) and a large bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC
• upstairs: a mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed with WC; a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed, two single beds 140x90.
This gite benefits from a large fenced garden with trees, parking, an outdoor barbecue, terrace. Deckchairs will be at your disposal to spend pleasant moments in summer.
Chair and cot available free of charge on request.

The cottage, located 900 m from a charming village Le Guédeniau, where you will find a bakery and a traditional restaurant, Le Brocard, a pleasant lake and fishing area.
At 8 km, Baugé-en-Anjou, you will have access to many shops, swimming pool, its castle, the apothecary, the true cross of Anjou.
It is also an opportunity to discover the churches and their twisted steeples and perhaps to learn in slippers at the boule de fort (typical activity of Anjou).
