The house is located at the top of the village of Peyreleau, at the confluence of the Jonte and the Tarn.
The village is at the heart of the three causses, Mejean, Noir and Sauveterre, and offers many walks or hikes, as well as various activities (canoeing, canyoning, paragliding, horse riding, etc.)
The Larzac is not very far …
Millau is 20 km away.
Within the village itself, the house is on two levels:
• High level
- fully equipped kitchen, with its outdoor terrace, and a staircase leading down to a small enclosed garden
- dining room, with a table (and its extensions) and a buffet for the dishes. The windows overlook the village and the mountain, towards the south
- living room, with a sofa bed and two armchairs. The windows face one to the south, the other to the west
- bathroom, with shower and WC
• Low level
- a small closed bedroom, with a double bed, a small wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden
- an open mezzanine, above this bedroom, accessible by a small ladder, and comprising two 80 cm beds, which can be pushed together
- a large bedroom, with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers
- a small bedroom (dependent on the previous one), with 4 beds of 90 cm (two bunk, and one below the other in "drawer")
- a bathroom, with shower, WC and washing machine
NB:
The cupboards contain duvets and pillows for the beds in the room concerned.
Sheets and towels and other household linens are stored in 2 large plastic boxes and can only be used via a price specified on request.
The inventory made on site details the equipment.
