The villa is functional and very well equipped, consists of:
A fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary dishes) with a dining area for 9 people.
An air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa and a flat screen TV
Three large bedrooms with storage:
- An air-conditioned master suite with bed for two people, a flat screen TV, a bathroom, a separate toilet.
- A second air-conditioned master suite with bed for two people, a flat screen TV, a dressing room and a bathroom.
- A large air-conditioned room with 2 beds for 1 person and a bunk bed (bed for 2 people downstairs and for 1 person upstairs) with direct access to the garden.
A bathroom with shower and washbasin
A separate toilet.
Other equipment: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. At disposal: Books, board games
Bed linen and WiFi access are included in the price.
The presence of animals is not allowed.

"Location gîte bella fiore"
La Propriétaire à été disponible et à l'ecoute malgré notre retard de 3 heures sur notre vol. Gîte très bien rénové et au calme. Il est très spacieux, agréable, climatisé. Dommage que le lave linge était en panne à notre arrivée.
