Article 1 - This contract is granted to the tenant for tourism purposes and is of a seasonal nature.
Article 2 - Duration of the stay: The tenant signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a copy of the signed contract. A second copy is to be kept by the tenant.
The rental concluded between the parties to this deed can in no way benefit third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the owner.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the scheduled date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. There will be no reimbursement or reduction of rent.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner reimburses the tenant the amount of the deposit collected.
Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must present himself on the specified day and at the time mentioned in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Payment of the balance: The balance of the rental is paid on entering the premises.
Article 8 - Security deposit or surety: On the tenant's arrival, a security deposit in the amount of 450 euros is requested by the owner. This deposit is returned, after deducting the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed.
Article 9 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
Article 10 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is invited to take out a holiday-type insurance contract for these various risks.
