Located at the limit of Olonne at 4 km and Château d'Olonne at 1 km, the proximity of the first closest shops (town center of Château d'Olonne at 1.5 km) will allow you to have your newspaper, your croissants and your fresh bread (excellent) without loss of time. The first supermarkets are 2 km away.
Without nuisance, ideally located near the main roads going either to Les Sables d'Olonne or to Talmont Saint Hilaire with its friendly Veillon beach, you can also easily access supermarkets (Géant Casino 2.5 km away at Château d'Olonne and Leclerc 4 km away in Olonne sur mer).

Between the two, of course the port, the large beach, the markets... of Les Sables d'Olonne, and a little further north at 6km, the wild coast, supervised in summer.
