It provides a clear view of Mont-Blanc and the Tournette massif.
Many hikes and walks offer magnificent panoramas.
The cycle path below the village takes you to Annecy and the banks of the lake in Albertville.
Less than 15 minutes by car, you can enjoy paragliding at the Col de la Forclaz, have lunch or dinner at the Col de l'Aulps mountain pasture, and enjoy the most beautiful beaches along the lake.
Inside, we offer 4 sleeping spaces on three levels, in order to preserve your privacy during your stay.
The terrace, the net area, the balneotherapy bathtub as well as the air conditioning will bring you relaxation and comfort.
Benefit from a complete renovation, finalized in 2024, offering new equipment, kitchen, bathrooms, fiber, television.
Not forgetting new, quality bedding, with three Queen Size sets out of four for a comfortable and regenerating sleep.

"Séjour exceptionnel entre lac et montagne"
Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce gîte vraiment très agréable où tout a été bien pensé et très joliment aménagé pour le plaisir des petits comme des grands ! La vue sur les sommets et la terrasse sont très appréciables !
Bien situé dans un charmant petit village au départ de nombreuses balades à pied comme à vélo et pas loin du lac d'Annecy : c'est l'endroit parfait pour des vacances réussies !
Nous avons hâte d'y revenir !

"Magnifique séjour 🥰"
Très bon séjour aux abords du lac d'Annecy. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte moderne et tout confort mais possédant tout le charme de la region. Tout est pensé pour passer un moment reposant, pour petits et grands : espace, tranquillité et matériel pour enfant en bas âge. Giez est un petit village où l'on espère revenir en toute saison. Enfin, un grand merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse de nos hôtes !
