LES CAUDRON, pretty bright apartment of 40 m², located in a small residence on the 1st floor facing the staircase, renovated, Haussmann style with modern decoration.
Bright and crossing apartment, beautiful living room, equipped kitchen.
Accommodation for 2 to 4 people (1 bedroom with 160x200 bed + high quality umbrella bed and sofa bed for 2 people in the living room).

Ideally located, less than 100 m from the south-facing beach and 10 min walk from the city center, in a quiet street.

Nearby: football-basketball stadium / table tennis / skate park, pétanque court, playground, garbage containers and Carrefour Contact.

Paid parking throughout the city, from April 1 to October 31 each year, and applies from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (free parking from November to March inclusive), but possibility of taking a weekly card (inexpensive) at the town hall directly.

Autonomous arrival possible via a key box.
Bed linen included in the price.
The bathroom linen remains at your expense (towel package (and not beach linen) 10 € to be paid before or on site)
The accommodation is to come clean as on your arrival or you can take the cleaning fee at 30 €.
For all reservations, a deposit of 40% of the total amount will be sent and on your arrival a deposit check of €400 will be requested (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay, except for material damage).

The common terrace on the ground floor is accessible for travellers, table and chairs available in the entrance, to be put away after use (not to be left outside overnight)
A secure cellar is also at your disposal, to store your beach or other belongings. You have a foldable drying rack in the cellar.
