An original gîte with an atypical design in a former artist's studio, in the Baie de la Fresnaye region.
Nestled straddling the Emerald Coast and the Penthièvre Coast, between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy (labeled Grand Site de France), the Kerléon gîte which can accommodate 2 to 4 people is housed in an old workshop artist.

Adjoining the main house (in pink sandstone from the country) and with an independent entrance, it was designed in a functional and daring way. Offering a very beautiful light, it has an undeniable charm.

From there very beautiful escapades on a coast which has remained very wild and unspoiled are available to you, both towards small local pearls a few kilometers away (Port Nieux, Plage de Château Serein, the GR34, Le Fort La Latte), as well as towards towns and resorts such as Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, Erquy, Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. And why not a day in Saint-Malo, 40 km away?

Includes on the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower and basin), a separate toilet.
Upstairs, on the square mezzanine, a bedroom for 2 to 4 people with 1 double bed. (160x200) and 2 single beds. (90x200).
Single pellet stove heating (allow 5.50 € / 15 kg bag).

In front, to the south, a reserved area with a 18 m² garden and a brand new 20 m² terrace.
Behind to the north, vehicle parking space.
Access of course to the property's landscaped park, which offers a specially equipped quiet rest area with benches, deckchairs, hammock, swing and trampoline.
A shelter can accommodate bicycles or a motorbike.
