Our home is located in Saint-Thibault-sur-Loire, in the town of Saint-Satur, at the foot of Sancerre.
Enjoy a haven of peace facing the Loire and surrounded by a 5000 m² wooded park.
Enjoy sporting, relaxing or discovery days in Berry and barbecue evenings in a bucolic setting.
In addition, let yourself be charmed by the region which will offer you a multitude of specialties and activities, in a very close area of our home.

• 18-hole golf course, mini-golf, 5 tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool from July 1 to August 31
• canoe rental, cycle route along the Loire, hot air balloon flight over Sancerre, flying club, equestrian centers, karting circuit (adults and children) and paintball field
Ideal for meeting up with family, friends or cousins, it has a large 70 m² living room with open fireplace, adjoining a 25 m² dining room that can accommodate more than 15 people.
7 bedrooms with lots of charm, 6 of which have a bathroom.
A capacity of 15 people with 11 beds.
Possibility of travel cot, baby seat and folding bed in addition

A large terrace on the kitchen side, facing southwest for long BBQ evenings
