Babies welcome We offer for rent an 85 m² cottage in the countryside, recently fitted out in the adjoining outbuilding of our main residence, a large stone building surrounded by greenery.
Quietly located in a small village, our cottage is classified 3 stars for furnished accommodation and is labeled holiday key with a comfort of 3 keys.
The cottage, while being part of our property, is nonetheless independent, with its own access with a small car park.
It also includes two terraces, not overlooked, to enjoy the beautiful Normandy sun at lunchtime and in the evening.
The terraces are accompanied by a small plot of fenced land for the enjoyment of children or our dog friends.
The cottage is ideally located in a small town in the center of the Channel, at equal distance (about 15 km) from La Haye du Puits, Carentan or Sainte Mère Eglise.
It is also about 20 minutes from the east coast of Cotentin (Sainte Marie du Mont and its landing beaches) and 30 minutes from the west coast of Cotentin (Barneville Carteret or Portbail and its beautiful beaches known for swimming or fishing on foot).
For the technical side, the cottage can accommodate 5 to 6 people and has:
Ground floor :
-a 34 m² living room with fully equipped open kitchen and living room with sofa, TV, table, etc.
-a bathroom with shower, washing machine
-a separate toilet.
Upstairs :
- a 12.5 m² bedroom with dressing room, 160*200 bed.
-a bedroom of 11.5 m² with two separate beds of 80*200 that can make a bed of 160*200.
-a smaller bedroom of 8.5 m² with trundle bed of 80*200 that can make an additional extra bed of 160*200.
-a bathroom with bath and WC.
Exteriors:
-A tiled terrace with table, parasol, two relax chairs and a small plot of greenery.
-A wooden terrace with table, parasol, two relax chairs, a barbecue and a small garden shed for your bikes, bags of coal, or others.
Wi-Fi available free of charge.
The cottage can accommodate 5 people (possibility of 6 on request), we also accept our dog friends under certain conditions discussed when booking.

"Très agréable séjour!"
Nous avons eu un bon accueil, le logement est propre, une bonne literie ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres gites. Parfait pour être au calme et en même temps proche des lieux de visite. Les propriétaires sont discrets, et nos amis les animaux sont tolérés. Merci pour ce séjour

"Tranquilité"
Gîte très confortable et bien équipé. On trouve le charme d'un bâtiment en pierre et le confort moderne à l'intérieur. Les deux terrasses permettent de se mettre à l'ombre ou au soleil selon nos envies. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont discrets. Le gîte est dans un endroit calme, on peut rayonner dans tout le Cotentin et les sites du débarquement.

"Agréable"
Un très joli gîte, très propre et bien fourni. On s'y sent comme à la maison. L'endroit est très calme et très paisible. Propriétaires accueillants et très discrets.
