As well as a very beautiful Golf course along the sea, a very beautiful seaside resort of Val-André with its Marine SPA, its Casino and its many small coves or large beaches of your choice.
The chalet has 2 bedrooms (a 140x190 bed and two single beds), a closed toilet, a small bathroom, and a living room of 18 m². kitchen with
Refurbished kitchenette, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave/grill, kitchen area, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery for 4 people.
Sun terrace with barbecue, table and parasol, 2 deck chairs, private land of approximately 100 m², parking near the chalet.
The park extends over 3 hectares with a lake in its center and an indoor swimming pool (open in good weather). The swimming pool is accessible to guests only in the months of May, June, July and August. during opening hours as well as games room, free laundry.
The swimming pool is available to guests free of charge.
There will be no reduction due to closure during a stay.
The private residence has a caretaker.

to take a breath of fresh air at the PRETO Park, on the RN12, take the exit towards D768, CITY-ES-LAN, PLENEUF-VAL-ANDRE.
At the first roundabout, take the 3rd exit, PLANCOET, PLENEUF-VAL-.ANDRE.
At the second roundabout, take the 4th exit, D 791, Saint-Alban, Pleneeuf.
Follow the Direction to Pléneuf.
Arrived in the town of Pléneuf, follow the road to the center, turn right (it is a unique direction), street of the Motte Rouge, then at the small roundabout, turn left PLACE de LOURMEL and immediately you go see a sloping street in front of you, (there is a PRETO Park sign) street of doctors ROUX and CALMETTE.
Continue this street until the stop, you arrive at a crossing you take the street a little on your right in front of you, La CORDERIE street.
You continue in the countryside, the Entrance Park is in a valley on your right.

"On a envie d’y revenir!"
Le chalet de Madame Le Goff est mon havre de paix en Bretagne. Particulièrement bien situé, il surplombe le parc où l’on croise les chèvres et les canards, a un grand jardin et une entrée particulière. L’intérieur est plus spacieux avec la nouvelle chambre et on ressent l’envie des propriétaires de vouloir en faire un lieu de bien-être grâce aux travaux faits avec goût.
J’y reviens, quelle que soit la saison, avec grand plaisir. La piscine est un plus en été, mais elle n’est pas indispensable pour profiter de ce bel endroit.

"Parfait pour des familles avec jeunes enfants"
Nous reviendrons dans ce chalet particulièrement bien situé avec un grand terrain comparé aux autres et sans vis-à-vis!
