On board a House Boat built in 2023, fully equipped for 7 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Nordic bath at its bow, 1 solarium on the terrace at the stern, come and discover Champagne as a couple, in family or friends in an eco-responsible way: powered by solar energy, electrically propelled, with a water treatment station, the House Boat has been eco-designed, to enjoy the magnificent landscapes without emissions.

Positioned in Aÿ, close to Epernay 5 km away and Reims 25 km away, you can discover in an unusual way, at the water's edge, the cultural, historical and wine-growing heritage of this city anchored in the heart of the heritage of the UNESCO.

Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious 160 x 200 double bed, and one of them also has a 90 x 200 bunk bed. In the living area, the sofa bed folds out to accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, as well as crockery and cutlery.
Household linen, sheets are provided, as well as shower gel and shampoo, to guarantee compatibility with the water treatment station.

In addition, if you wish, you can take a walk and sail the champagne from the boat, with stops in the different surrounding villages.
