It is located in the village of Les Portes, quiet because at the bottom of a large garden set back from the street and 300 m from the first beach, ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 children (those who can play in complete tranquility in the fully enclosed garden).
On the other hand, it is not just a rental but a house inhabited for part of the year, so you can find a few personal objects here and there which can give it a bit of the feeling of being "at home". ", so if that doesn't bother you, you'll enjoy it.
We rent this house at a very preferential rate for Portes en Ré against possible mowing of the lawn
use (1 hour) a little weeding of the flower beds, picking up fallen fruits, apples, plums, these fruits being at your disposal of course if they are ripe during your stay)
The house is entirely on one level, with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 large living room, a small bathroom with shower (a 2nd shower in the veranda).

Please note: the house is for sale but available until the end of August, however you may risk having visits organized by the agency, but only after your agreement.

"De très belles vacances !"
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours à 2 couples avec 2 enfants de 3 ans.
La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable.
La cuisine est très bien équipée et la véranda avec salle d'eau/ buanderie est pratique pour les retours de plage et lorsque l'on est plusieurs.
Le jardin est immense, et sécurisant pour les enfants car ils sont loin du portail.
L'endroit est très calme, et pourtant on est au marché local en 3 min à pieds , et à 10 min de la plage.
Des indications sont laissées un peu partout et les propriétaires sont accessibles et réactifs.
L'Office de tourisme et le loueur de vélos (un must do sur l'ile) sont au bout de la rue.
Le Carrefour Market est à 10 min à pieds/ 3 min à vélo.
Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y retournerons sûrement !

"Maison de vacances très bien située"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette maison.
Idéal avec des enfants pour le grand jardin clos, la plage à pieds et située dans le joli village typique des Portes en Ré.
Les balades en vélo au départ de la maison sont superbes et facilitées par les nombreuses pistes cyclables qui permettent de découvrir les environs et d'autres magnifiques plages.
Gros coup de cœur pour cette location et sa situation. On reviendra !
