RENTAL EXCLUSIVELY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JULY AND AUGUST.
Cap Esterel is located in Agay, commune of Saint-Raphaël, between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, located on the heights, in a private and pedestrian domain of more than 210 hectares between the sea and the Esterel Massif.
Air-conditioned apartment, close to the village center (Esquinade district, towards the mini club), on the ground floor with terrace and private garden, on the quiet side of the golf courses, 2 minutes from the village center and its activities.
5 swimming pools including one with waves and one heated to 28° (April to end of October).
Sea 300 meters away (small train which takes you there from April to the end of October).
9-hole golf course open all year round.
Tennis, flying trapeze, mini-golf and many other activities.
Evening shows and dance evenings in season with mini club, teen club.
THE ADVANTAGES compared to the village apartments:
- Fully enclosed private garden.
- Air-conditioned.
- Large fridge-freezer.
- 7 kg washing machine (washing and drying).
- Dishwasher.
- TV (110 cm flat screen).
- microwave AND combined oven.
- raclette, pancake, panini machine.
Sleeping:
- 3 90x190 beds (small child possible because ladder protection and bottom bed close to the floor)
- Rapido leather sofa sleeping 160 (thick mattress!)
Bed sheets and bathroom linen available for rental as an option.
Option: safe.
Mandatory monitored and covered parking is included in the rental because in the village, everything is done on foot (value €62 per week not included in Pierre & Vacances rates).
