Quietly, on the heights of the historic district of Cap d'Osne, our villa "Les Mouettes de Banyuls" is at the end of a dead end, 5 minutes walk from the city center, Elmes beach, the train station, with a terrace offering a 180° view of the sea, the vineyards and the mountains.
Spacious living room, kitchen and WC on the ground floor, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, separate WC and bathroom upstairs.
A small garage and a parking space in front of the door.

Damp cleaning included (just tidy up and vacuum).

The accommodation is very comfortable with a living room opening onto a bay window offering a permanent view of the vineyards, the mountains and the sea.
The terrace is equipped with very comfortable armchairs where you can relax.
Finally, the location is ideal for a stay in Banyuls, near the 2 most beautiful beaches and 5 minutes from the main square via the historic fisherman's district.
Although the accommodation sleeps 10, we only rent it for a maximum of 8 people. Please respect this limit.
