About 10 minutes by car from the beach of Malendure where you can access the famous Cousteau Reserve, (Reserve of the National Park of Guadeloupe), where you can go to meet the sea turtles and enjoy various water and land activities: kayaking, glass bottom boat, scuba diving, hiking, canyoning...You can also enjoy the restaurants and can easily get around since you will be 35 minutes from Deshaies, 40 minutes from the villa of Basse Terre and 45 minutes from Grande Terre.

Each villa offers the same services in terms of surface area, decoration or equipment.

Upon arrival, you can park your vehicles easily since 3 parking spaces are offered.
In addition, do not hesitate to opt for an electric vehicle since a fast charging station will be at your disposal.

You will then arrive at a modern kitchen open to a cozy and comfortable living room. The bay windows next to the dining table will have the advantage of opening up completely so that you can fully enjoy the magnificent sea view and this superb pool with a double overflow mirror effect.

The first and second bedroom offers a bed 180. You will have an adjoining bathroom and separate toilet for each of the rooms.
Continuing on the terrace, you will access the third bedroom which will offer you 2 bed of 90 that can be installed on request in 1 double bed 180.
This room as well as the bathroom and toilet facilities are suitable for people with disabilities (PRM).

Between the living room / kitchen and the rooms you will have a 4th: guest toilet.
A room dedicated to laundry will allow you to wash and iron your laundry. A washing machine as well as a table and iron will be at your disposal.

This villa will offer you all the equipment and comfort you need to spend a pleasant stay.

On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed with mattress and a high chair.

The villa is equipped with an emergency water tank that will allow you to continue enjoying your stay in complete peace without worrying about possible water outages!

For bookings of at least 14 nights, a 10% discount will be offered on the second week.
