Private pool45 minutes south of Lyon, 10 minutes from Vienne and 30 minutes from Valence, I rent our secondary house with 4 bedrooms (capacity for 7 people) on 650 m² of land, located in a very quiet village.
The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom also upstairs, 2 separate toilets, 1 large semi-open kitchen to a large living room of 50 m².
The house has all the equipment for a pleasant stay for 7 people + 1 baby bed on request.
The in-ground swimming pool was built in 2020. The weekly maintenance by us is included in the price.

Upon arrival, an inventory of fixtures will be made, a deposit check (or in cash) of 1000 € will be requested from you when the keys are handed over and will be returned to you if no damage is observed when the keys are returned. at the level of the house, that of the swimming pool and the garden (no holes dug by the animals and removed droppings).
An independent deposit of €100 in cash will also be requested from you for the cleaning and will be returned to you if the house is returned in the same state of cleanliness as initially taken, the dishes clean and tidy, the bed linen folded and the bins taken out in the container.
A rental for a weekend of 2 nights may be possible depending on availability outside the months of July and August
