- equipped kitchen, large space of approximately 70 m² including two living rooms and a dining room
- bedroom 4 (sofa bed) and adjoining bathroom with shower and WC, television, desk. This room n°4 should be considered as a small living room - TV, relaxation and children's games; it allows access to the ground floor toilets (large walk-in shower, WC). You can, of course, sleep two people there, if necessary.
- laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer. Outdoor drying rack

Floor: 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, dressing room and private bathroom (bath and WC)
- bedroom 2: BZ in 140 + single bed
- bedroom 3: 140 cm bed + baby bed
- a bathroom with shower and WC on the landing for bedrooms 2 and 3

The proximity of the sea - with its beaches - and the foothills of the Cévennes will allow you a variety of activities, family hikes to the ponds or Pic Saint-Loup, for example...

Our house constitutes an ideal base for visiting Montpellier and the entire region, with its infinite possibility of places to discover and savor, swimming in the sea but also in rivers, walks and hikes, etc.
