Our Villa is constantly bathed in light: it dominates the village of Ardres thanks to its incredible location on the old historic ramparts of the village dating from the 16th century.
You will find all the modern comfort expected there (Fiber WiFi, 4 connected TVs).
Modern fully equipped kitchen (with kitchen base and utensils/kitchen linen).
4 spacious bedrooms with 4 adjoining private bathrooms and toilets:
- Monet room: 160 bed + adjoining private bathroom-WC
- Picasso room: 160 bed + adjoining private bathroom-WC
- Cezanne room: 160 bed + adjoining private bathroom-WC
- Matisse room: 160 bed + 140 sofa bed + adjoining private bathroom-WC
Also a large Mezzanine with 5 possible beds (preferably for children/teenagers).
A large basement with Table Football from Bar Cattenacio, a Ping-Pong Table and an electronic Darts game: with its small bar area (table & chairs).
On the sea side, our house is located 15-25km (20-25 min) by car from the most beautiful beaches of the Côté d'Opale:
- Sangatte-Escales Beach (Cap Blanc-Nez) - 22 min
- Calais beach (and its Dragon) - 22 min
- Wissant beach - 27 min
- Oye-Plage beach: 21 min
