Hello, our villa of 170 m² on 2,000 m² of land, there is enough space to park several vehicles.
This is an independent house in a quiet village, Aspères in the Gard, near Sommières between Nîmes and Montpellier, 35 minutes from the beaches.
15 minutes motorway access.

Decorated with a large wooded garden, with a beautiful swimming pool area, large wooden terrace, and games for children (trampoline, table tennis, pétanque court), there is another small terrace with a pergola to get away from it all and relax. to set down.

A plancha is also at your disposal.

The house is decorated in a mix of bohemian and modern. There is a large recently renovated kitchen, a living room with a fireplace.
The bedrooms are equipped with a 140cm double bed and one 160cm bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two toilets, an office, a laundry room.

No parties.
Only groups or quiet families.
