Ty Joséphine - Les Gîtes de Kervarc'h

I welcome you to cozy holiday homes just a stone's throw from the sea. Our gites are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a characterful hamlet, in a quiet countryside location.

This farmhouse dating from 1719, belonged to the family of Joséphine, i. We acquired it in 2017, and renovated it between 2017 and 2018. We wanted a quality renovation that would respect the character of our village and give pride of place to quality materials. Thus, the living room on the ground floor is made with ¾ of a mixture of lime and hemp rendering, and oak lintels.
This gîte corresponds to the residential part of the farm, with the kitchen, and the bedroom on the ground floor and the haylofts above!
It is south-facing, and has retained the old fireplace, where the current wood-burning stove is located, some good-sized rubble stones are still visible. We wanted to create a restful, cozy place with beautiful materials.

On the ground floor, the living room with the lounge, with a 140 cm TV and home cinema/DVD player. You also have a wood stove, the living room and the fitted kitchen (induction hob, stainless steel hood, dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, steamer, robot , raclette machine, multifunction mixer, pressure cooker). Also on the ground floor, a toilet with washbasin and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner and brooms, ironing board and iron).
On the 1st floor, a toilet with washbasin, two bedrooms each with its private bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and its private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside,
A wooden terrace with garden furniture, a stabilized courtyard bordered by flower beds, a Weber barbecue, a large offset parasol, three deckchairs and three deck chairs

Our exceptional location allows you to be 30 minutes from the main tourist sites of South Morbihan, and in Erdeven all shops, the beach 4 km away and close to Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...
