Its access without stairs, which is significant since access is directly via this raised floor and less than 2 minutes on foot from all the shops in the area. Private access to the sea is available from the residence, and a cove for swimming or relaxing is located below the residence.
You will have at your disposal a loggia with this breathtaking view facing south, this is extended by a 22 m² terrace. It offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun.
The apartment is classified 4 stars, everything has been thought of, obviously the apartment is air-conditioned in each room, and has a WiFi fiber internet connection, just as it can be put under alarm.
Settle into the sofa (possibility of converting it into 2 beds) to contemplate the sea or take advantage of the accessories at your disposal, such as a WiFi connection (by fiber) with its numerous TV channels, you can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen even over-equipped with of course a large dishwasher, ceramic hob, then enjoy them around the dining table designed for 4 or 6 guests which is located in the loggia with this beautiful panorama in sight.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms of 11 m², each with an independent flat screen, large closets, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with 2 80cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed, all closing with electric shutters and each air-conditioned.
The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.
It has all the equipment for maintenance, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, and cleaning products.
The apartment provides a garage which is located not far from it. It will allow you to park your vehicle.
A private parking space is located in the residence as well as a garage
Mandatory final cleaning in the amount of 80 euros
Smoking is prohibited inside (nor in the loggia).
Pets are allowed upon prior request. (cleaning extra 20 euros).
Possibility to rent bed linen (30 euros per bed), as well as household linen (20 euros per person but not obligatory).
