This guest studio is located on the ground floor facing SOUTH EAST of the ATRIUM AUGUSTA property;

It will seduce you with its cozy side and its refined decoration... a holiday side with finesse.

Access to your outdoor space and the collective garden. Free breakfast served in our Atrium room, in the garden if the weather is nice or in your private space. Cleaning of your studio offered at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning: €15/hour.
POSSIBLE TO ADD A SMALL BABY COT. CHILDREN UNTIL 3 YEARS OLD FREE.

OUTDOOR SPACE: A private garden to relax with outdoor furniture
BEDROOM SPACE: KINGSIZE quality bedding (duvet, pillows) 180x200 with shaped mattress topper, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed linen, etc.
LIVING AREA: Double sofa bed, table, chairs, 56 cm LCD flat screen TV with 18 channels
BATHROOM: Shower, sink, toilet. Equipment: hairdryer and bathroom linen (bath sheets, towels and bath mats).
KITCHENETTE For reheating meals: Equipped with sink, microwave, fridge freezer, hotplates, as well as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and choice of crockery.
CLOSED PARKING for a passenger vehicle

On-site à la carte services:
- Jacuzzi in the property's garden by reservation and at an additional cost
- Babysitting: €20 per hour
- Cleaning: €15 per hour

Its Guest Studios room, suite apartment are independent, elegant, and bright, they have parking, a flat screen TV, air conditioning*, Wifi, pleasant private terrace and offer a view of the garden.

They are equipped with a very practical kitchenette for warming up a drink, a dish, a bottle, as well as preparing a picnic, having a cold drink, etc.

FREE BREAKFAST Pick up in the dining room and take it either at home or on the terrace on a TABLE made available in the garden or inside
Catherine welcomes you throughout the year and will provide welcome attention during your stay and will be available for your daily service needs. She will guide you around the region and share with you its secret and practical sides to discover and some local anecdotes.
