CANCELLATION POLICIES:

COVID-19 is to be considered and treated as a ''force majeure'' case. Thus, the entire amount paid will be refunded at any date before arrival
on presentation of duly supporting documentation , except for the Handling fee, equal to the cost of one night per number of guests;

In all cases other than Covid-19:

i)For cancellation even a few days (7 working days) in advance of the arrival date, only a small flat fee (handling-fee) equal to the cost for one night stay per number of guests will be retained ;
ii)In case of cancellation at the last moment with at least one day notice before arrival, one third of the amount paid will be retained plus the handling fee per number of guests ;
iii) In case of no show nothing will be owed to the guest as well as no refund or discount will be granted in case of partial use of the period of stay. Furthermore, the period of stay cannot be transferred by the Tenant to a third party neither can he accommodate third parties nor sublet without Owner's previous consent;
iv) COVID-19 is to be considered and treated as a ''force majeure'' case. Thus, the entire amount paid will be refunded at any date before arrival, except for the Handling fee, equal to the cost of one night per number of guests;
v) In the event of an upsurge of COVID-19 during the stay, the instructions given by the competent governmental bodies will be followed. Therefore, any extra night of stay due to this eventuality, will be charged eur42 flat/night for 2 guests, i.o. seasonal rates. No discount applied for extra guests, instead. Additional cleaning costs and utilities also to be taken into account. It is understood that what hereof stated will only be possible if there is no turnover of guests. Otherwise, check-out as originally planned will >unavoidably< take place without any other obligation on the part of the Owner;
vi) Subject to agreement between the parties, the possibility of withholding the amount paid for future needs, when the emergency is over, is also to be taken into consideration.
