Located in a private residence with caretaker and heated collective swimming pool, this completely renovated holiday home is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful Benoît beach in La Baule.

- an equipped kitchen, open to the living room (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hotplates, hood, etc.)
- a bedroom with a double bed, cupboard and wardrobe
- a bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 extra bed
- a bathroom with bath/shower and sink
- separate WC
- an enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue

You also have a private parking space and an adjoining shed.

For your leisure activities, you will find nearby the equestrian center, tennis courts, beach clubs for children, thalassotherapy, the La Baule casino, as well as the charming port of Pouliguen with its restaurants, shops and market.
